      Pros

      1. Inclusion into large scale projects and team collaborations 2. Flexible work environment. Family & Personal development comes first 3. Huge access to resources, and opportunities to expand ones network

      Cons

      Pay is relatively low when compared to similar positions in Utah (if you're not bringing in the accounts - sales - you're not paid comparably) but the experience outweighs this.

      Free lunch and a fun atmosphere, could you ask for more? The managers here love to develop and grow their team members. I've gone from the a rep. to management within 4 months. They take the time!

      Cons

      Sometimes hard work goes unnoticed. When it is noticed it usually goes to the wrong person.
