      Cons

      Since it is a growing company, there are frequent changes in the organization. I'd rather work for a company that's always changing than a stagnant company though.

      Free food, And drink fun work environment. once a month you get a little party to celebrate the month prior and you get awesome swag

      Cons

      Management in Spokane office is to young to lead a team. they will tell you they will do something and we all know its not going to happen... such as sending out emails with info needed... also lots of threats with no follow up... then with out warning or training they will just let you go under the poor performance clause...
