Pros

"Free" lunch, decent pay considering the entry-level nature of the job, constant feedback to improve your skills

Cons

Management is out of touch, supervisors range from incompetent to apathetic, customer satisfaction is low and they take it out on you, having to clean up problems created by other departments

Pros

Guaranteed 35hrs minumim. Opportunities to upsell products, sell systems, and make commission on top of regular pay. Company provided vehicle and phone.

Cons

overtime is being micromanaged. Many times you are sent out beyond your service area, which throws your day off, making you late, and customers mad. Scheduling is a problem. Everyone is constantly running out of parts. Always trying to meet up with a guy so you can get parts for a job.
