      Pros

      Excellent Pay combined with freedom to find and work your own accounts makes for a very easy environment to work in. The senior management provides excellent training materials and support in order to assist EVERY sales in in succeeding and becoming the best s/he can be.

      Cons

      Long work hours and independently driven ambition and effort are requisite in order to achieve success and excel over other reps.

      Company car for personal use Work out of your house If you have a good regional that works with you, time off can be taken

      Cons

      Low pay $200 a month to use their car Expensive health insurance Upper management can be threatening at times Being told to avoid over time, but also being told that over time is approved for installs

      Pros

      Good group of people to work with. Company offers a free meal for every 8 hours worked. Very nice facilities and working enviroment.

      Cons

      -Pay is lower than average. -Lowest level people are treated as being very expendable. -Must be in the VP's church or neighborhood to get a promotion -All executives, except for the CEO are rude and unfriendly -Health Insurance is very expensive. Famliy=$550. Company only covers 50% -Company added a clinic, but only the ten percent of employees who can afford the insurance, can even use it.
