      Pros

      Pure meritocracy, you are payed 100% according to what you deserve. Only 4 months of work but during those 4 months a person can make multiple times what he or she would otherwise make in a year, especially if still in school full time. Even 10 or 20 times more. The sky is the limit if you are good at it and work hard.

      Cons

      It's hard work, gives up most normal "fun" a college summer experiences for 4 difficult months of work.

      Pros

      Great income potential. It is straight commission so you must be able to handle that, but the income opportunities are amazing. You work for 4 months per year and can make $0, or i have seen people make over $150,000 in their own commissions not including any management overrides.

      Cons

      Some sales managers aren't prepared for the job. APX will allow anyone who has proven themselves as a salesman and can recruit a team of salesman to be a sales manager. Not all good salesman and recruiters make good sales managers.
