Pros

Very good management from upper to office , good teamwork, interesting and motivating training, fun work atmosphere (in my office anyway), get to travel during the summer and see different states, good compensation for time put in, allows you to go to school during "off season", ability to make more money in 4 months than in a whole year without much education required you just have to work hard

Cons

-since you are a contract/commissioned employee, no real benefits -pretty intense work 6/days a week, 10 hour days during the hot summer months - satisfying work atmosphere could depend on your manager/co workers

Pros

Great benefits. Flexible work schedule. Eat free at the in-house cafe. Massages. Friendly people. Can advance in the company even at a young age. Above average pay for the area. Encourage creativity

Cons

If you work in the call center you will deal with angry people other than that working in other departments is great.
