Pros

Used to be a great work from home option with great pay. But once Vivint got bought out everyone had to start commuting to the office, and made a lot of changes that made it harder to make money.

Cons

No longer remote. Bought out by a company that seems to be trying to run Vivint into the ground. Sales people are not valued anymore. Available schedules to choose from kept shifting, and was no longer worth it once the income potential plummeted. They really need to unionize.

Pros

Lot's of room for advancement, if you're willing to work 90+ hours/week.

Cons

While there are many great leaders, the majority are highly toxic -- especially on the sales side. There isn't any accountability for maliscious sales practices, and a quick google search will verify that. They have nearly a 99% turnover rate in most departments.
