      Pros

      You can truly make what you put into it. I made 65k in 4 months my first year and by my last year was making over 100K, mostly working in the summer but you have to put in time before the summer as well. Life balance and flexibility after the summer is up to you. This job will teach you more about sales than any other job IMO.

      Cons

      Not much life balance during the summer and you have to move to a different city every summer. 100% commission. No benefits. Work with a lot of bros.

      Flexible hours. Free lunch. That's pretty much it.

      Cons

      Management is a joke, pay is well below the average for an analyst in the area, and they only seem to provide advancement opportunities to people who are "buddies" with the management, regardless of qualifications.

      Best earning potential for college student Valuable sales experience employers like Frequent free meals, prizes and incentives They literally will employ ANYONE as a summer sales rep

      Cons

      Recruiters can be misleading. They will usually inflate their numbers about what an average rep sales rep makes Leadership is usually sketchy. Not all, but the majority have questionable sales techniques. Hidden fees and deductions on pay. You will never make what you think you did.
