Lousy medical benefits. No 401K. No profit sharing. No stocks. Politics are rampant and unless you know the right people, it doesn't matter how you perform. There is a lot of pressure to support the sales volume at all costs, and not point out where money is leaking as if through a sieve. The new President/COO is a joke. He's mean-spirited, makes fun of his employees and won't let others enjoy success.

I can't think of any cons for this, my department was kind of built on team work and helping each other out. Everyone works hard and loves to work there.
