      Pros

      People are kind, helpful, responsive. Generally anyone who is mean, unhelpful, or ineffective is moved out quickly. Benefits are great - who can argue with 5 weeks paid vacation and a company-wide day of volunteer service? (Vizient’s famous Community Day). Offices are beautiful, well stocked with beverages and snacks. IT support very functional - had a working laptop loaded with all software I needed, day 1. Great mission, important work. 5 stars.

      Cons

      As a large organization, sometimes work lacks a sense of urgency and/or multiple layers of work product review can feel like endless PPT deck revisions. This varies group by group and is overall a risk at any large organization. Grass is still greener for effective, motivated, kind people at Vizient vs a lot of other employers.
