      Pros

      Lots of PTO. Excellent colleagues. Depending on your manager, hours can be very flexible. Work from home policy is very generous

      Cons

      Leadership has trouble with focus and clear messaging. Priorities are not clearly communicated and job descriptions/responsibilities often bleed between positions. Often hard to tell where to pick up the ball and when to pass it.

      Pros

      Decent salary Paid on time Cool in the summer Nice and warm in the winter Decent laptop Healthcare benefits 401k match...scratch this, the benefit was diluted just recently

      Cons

      Vizient buys up companies and lays-off talented individuals from the acquired companies. You have to be available pretty much seven days a week. Be prepared to work over the weekend, kiss your weekends good-bye. Managers expect you to check your email over the weekend and engage them by answering their questions (they call this "being flexible")....if not, expect a guilt trip on Monday. This might be departmental, but everyone works so many hours (evenings and weekends) to the point that this becomes a natural expectation. If you are a temp employee, good luck! You will be tossed away like a used hygiene pad the moment you express concern about work-life balance.

      Pros

      Reasonable work life balance. Post Integration company achieving successes in its first year combined. Work from home one day a week is allowed.

      Cons

      One of the best things WAS their 7% 401K match if you contributed 10%. For 2017 the match has been reduced to 5% if you put in 10%. What a shame!!!!!! Another con is that they don't contribute matches to bonuses received.
