      Pros

      Great 401k match, HSA Insurance and ample PTO. The working environment is generally a great.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, annual merits leave a lot to be desired, internal employees have a hard time receiving competitive salaries. Employees are told to leave the organization, then come back in order to obtain salaries comparable to external candidates joining the organization. Rarely do employees work less than 50 hours a week.

      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for two years, coming into Vizient as part of an acquisition. It was rocky at first as with all merging cultures. But after this amount of time, those who have been able to adapt are thriving. I enjoy my work. The culture is great. The mission is gratifying. I hope I’m here a long time.

      Cons

      Inconsistent operations across business units. A bit bureaucratic.
