Pros

Most benefits are OK. Medical is steep. Company was very welcoming in beginning. Executives appeared sincere when they said all employees were important to company.

Cons

Very cumbersome software, not user friendly, definitely slower and outdated. Could have upgraded during recent acquisitions. HR uses software to show each employee their employment band and salary range for the band, but does not believe it should be followed for all. Huge morale issues. Many Vizient staff clearly not happy with acquisition, and it reflects in their internal communication with acquired.
