      Pros

      Many amazing people to work with here. Highly collaborate environment. Plenty of highly supportive and engaging leaders still around.

      Cons

      Company once had a small company, people first feel. In recent years senior leadership has made many team and business unit reorganizations, seemingly with little forethought. Corporate culture seems to be taking over.
