A growing company that encourages collaboration and feedback among its many departments and all levels of employees. Some very competitive benefits

Cons

Work/life balance can start to become lopsided. While a lot of feedback is encouraged, it sometimes feels that it falls on deaf ears of upper management.

VA provides stability, focuses on employee wellness and aids with great support programs that promote overall employee satisfaction. The HR, EEOC, Union and Veteransee Representatives are the best.

Cons

Growth is hard here because of a gap of understanding in the succession planning so get to know the right people and you will move along just fine. If you dont, youll stay stagnant because noone knows you. Communication gaps are also prevalent and could use some fine tuning
