Pros

- Work life balance is generally good, but I'm a virtual employee - Insurance is decent

Cons

- Frequent reorganizations that create instability and unclear ownership - No clear long-term strategy or cohesive company direction - Highly political environment where favoritism appears to influence decisions - Compensation below market for comparable roles - Noticeable decline in morale and overall culture - Leadership is resistant to feedback and largely set in their ways, even when alternative approaches may be more effective -Product decisions consistently prioritize the fastest and easiest path to development, with user experience and quality often treated as secondary -After a recent reorganization in which dozens of employees were laid off, the following company-wide town hall unveiled a newly built in-office TV studio specifically for internal broadcasts. -After ending work-from-home flexibility, the cybersecurity team sent a phishing-style email with a fake form for employees to request remote exceptions. -Remote employees have limited advancement opportunities. Promotions are no longer available to remote employees, relocation costs are not covered, and employees are expected to relocate at their own expense if they want career progression.

Pros

At the moment; there are no pros.

Cons

No growth opportunities unless you are well connected; poor leadership; no strategy; they try to fix issues by laying of employess who are executing on the poor strategy. N accountability for leadership poor decisions; Very wasteful in the kind of investment decions they make and most solutions that they have spent millions working on make it to prod or provides the value it was developed for. Overall unless you are well connected; you can forget abut any mobility; regardless of how talented you are.

Pros

There are some leaders trying to make a difference

Cons

Some AVPs and leaders are bullies, they often use subtle tactics—favoritism, exclusion, unrealistic expectations, or public criticism—to undermine certain employees. This isn’t just unfair; it can erode trust, morale, and productivity. Unequal treatment Keeping the ones they don’t want to succeed in the dark so that they don’t match up to the work or productivity of their peers. Creating hostile conditions making ppl feels forced out. They use power plays to control and use intimidation to maintain it. Bullying at work is the same as social, cyber and school bullies.
