      Grew too fast and can't catch a breath

      Pros

      Flexible. I like my work (most days). I like the people I work with. The benefits are great.

      Cons

      Integration efforts are painful- trying to merge 4 companies. Getting through all the red tape is nearly impossible. Irving traffic is a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend Vizient to anybody right now. Wait and see how things shake out (which by the way I am tired of doing). Compensation is not quite market average.
