      Strong mission and good work-life balance, but outdated practices

      Pros

      Strong mission, large and varied client base, and a ton of healthcare experience across all parts of the industry. I'm not sure there is a single organization that can rival our setup with solutions and how we show up for clients. Great PTO setup and work-life balance is strong for the healthcare sector.

      Cons

      Strict rules about attendance, raises, promotions moved to a yearly instead of twice a year. Losing the employee first mindset and relying too much on outdated technology and a business model that may be too provider focused.
