      Work/life balance & annual bonus in April

      Cons

      Poor executive leadership. I witnessed much bullying during my tenure and HR always sided with leadership/management. My manager attempted to quiet fire/quit me; however, I was aware of what he was doing and waited to be laid off and collect a severance package. They constantly restructure which typically includes layoffs 1-2 times annually.

      Pros

      Pto/vto policy & medical insurance is very inclusive. Compensation is average in the market for new hires. After that compensation is worthless and cannot keep up with the market

      Cons

      - no longer value their employees first. A model that was very firmly held by the previous ceo - no freedom of speech without silent retaliation - no support from management or leadership - no real direction. I get they're trying to reinvent themselves but it looks like they just decided to sledgehammer the company like an ant pile and waited to see what happens and who comes out of it with anything - lots of gaslighting - lots of talk of space for growth but it's only for those who kiss up to leadership and always agree - no room for improvement collectively. Just take orders and do them. -zero work life balance if you are a responsible employee. Those who say they have good work life balance is because they have foisted their work onto someone else
