      Pros

      Large corporation with decent benefits and good coworkers with a lot of influence in the healthcare industry.

      Cons

      More detached from a mission than ever. Lots less talk about the impact we are trying to make in peoples lives, and more emphasis on efficiency and bottom line. They have completely restructured the company and turned everything on it's head. Slowed productivity to a halt because of that. Laid off a ton of experienced, key individuals without seemingly doing any ground work to find out the impact.

      Pros

      Individuals you work with are great. Just the best people. What Vizient is trying to do in the healthcare space is amazing.

      Cons

      CEO and leadership do not listen to their people. They are scripted and do not care how their choices impact the people that make it possible for Vizient to be successful. They have turned what was a great company into one where people do not trust leadership, they do not feel they can grow in the company anymore, and they are not humans.

      Very friendly and nice coworkers

      Cons

      The leadership did an awful job of forcing people to return to work after the pandemic. They are currently tracking who is going to the office and threatening disciplinary action including termination for non-compliance.
