A lot of PTO. Yearly picnic, yearly topgolf outing.

Cons

Restructuring at the end of 2024 ruined a lot. They laid people off and took benefits. We used to get team lunches. Those were cut. We used to come in once a week. Now it is three times. Our shoutout rewards program for employees recognizing each other was replaced with a different platform that rewarded fewer points. The healthcare in 2026 is worse than it was in 2025. Management evwn admitted this in front of everyone on a meeting about our benefits.
