Pros

Good name recognition which helped to open doors. High quality broadcast graphics systems.

Cons

Limited resources. Expensive. Were not willing to stay dedicated to growing the market before changing direction. High rate of turnover.

Yes it is a tough environment with a lot of change, but you will see that throughout this industry in general. The changes we are making are to best serve our customers as well as to support our workforce. Our turnover rate is 6%, much lower than the industry average of 13%. Thank you for the management advice - we will continue to support the sales and others teams within Vizrt.
