Be prepared to be challenged, you drive your success. Mature products and constantly developing new products. Good communication through "town hall" meetings; plenty of high end collaboration tools; you voice is heard; top management is accessible, helpful attitudes by management; EXCELLENT health benefits among other generous perks. A truly professional company....
Cons
No cons; just not for a person that does not go the extra mile, put extra hours and is ready to take on whatever the challenge brings. Be ready to figure out many things on your own, study (plenty of resources available) and ask good questions.......the "I wasn't trained on this" attitude is not a fit......faced paced and enjoying it!
