Pros

Great company culture. I made A LOT of life long friends there.

Cons

A lot of the "boys club" feel there. Career growth was lacking and there were a lot of empty promises. Be prepared to remain in the same position for an extended period of time. Compensation and salary increases were also seriously lacking. Be prepared for a lot of extremely hard work, well over 40 hours per week, and don't expect to be recognized for it.

Pros

Great benefits, pay, and learning atmosphere. Colleagues are amazing and it's like working with your family. I came in right out of college and have been with the company for several years now with no plans of leaving. The company is very flexible - I work in the office part time and at home part time.

Cons

Not really a con - but you have to be a go getter. Also, be prepared to work multiple rolls, it comes with the organization as we continue to grow.
