Pros

There are some really great working people.

Cons

New Senior management only promotes their inexperienced friends at the top. No room for growth based on merit. Heath Insurance is expensive and only 2 weeks vacation for the first 6 years!

Pros

Good product, growing market as more countries switch to natural gas for power generation.

Cons

Any sign of trouble and the knee jerk reaction is to cut staff. Turnover is way too high. Valuable experience is thrown away with each layoff. I was hoping to grow with the company but unfortunately got tossed out due to layoff. Just as I was starting to really push forward as a Project Engineer there was ANOTHER layoff.
