Great place to work but a bit set in their ways.

Pros

The people were great and there was a lot of focus on hiring smart people to do their jobs well. A lot of the employees there really cared about the company and wanted to see it succeed long term. There were also many employees with 15-20+ years of service showing that people are loyal to the company.

Cons

Since the company has been around for a long time, they were set in their ways on many aspects of the organization. It was difficult to innovate and improve policies sometimes because of this. While it was great to have long term employees there, it did get in the way of moving forward sometimes and changing with the times.
