Pros

Great starter job. Opportunities for travel. Above average compensation for the general area, but still lower than most other power industry companies.

Cons

Lack of training and growth. Unfriendly culture and atmosphere. Management is unnecessarily political. Managers don't have management skills. Benefits are average. Retirement contributions vested after 2 or 3 years.
