Great environment, interesting projects. I have been learning a lot and hope to be continuing with them.

Cons

Not clear where the company's next projects are going to be, not much communication from top down. Lot's of uncertainty.

Good office space. Near transit center. Good coworkers for the most part. Mid-level managers care about their team. Decent starting salary for fresh college grad.

Cons

Very little room for career growth. Nepotism. No clear direction from executive team. No accountability above mid-level managers. Two layoffs in 6 months.
