Pros

People are nice and talented. The work is creative. Some projects are interesting. Overall, it was fun going to work every day. The new office is good: convenient location, garage, nice building, etc. The compensation and benefits were adequate.

Cons

The communication between teams is poor. Which team is responsible for what is often quite unclear. The 'hot potato' dynamics is way above normal. Things take a lot more time than they should because of the ridiculous amount of ticket volleying between teams. Getting information is difficult. Most of it is 'tribal knowledge' inside teams and is hard to get. Documentation is scarce and often obsolete. All this creates a lot of unnecessary stress and seriously hinders productivity.
