Yearly bonus is ok and you get it every year but not always fair between the employees and too much dependent on who does the complex managers dirty work

Cons

Treat employees poorly, beat them down regardless of work you do. They do not care about the employees or their families. People get fired left and right.

There really were none, company was a disgrace.

Management was no good, we were always missing 4 or 5 people a week. Nobody wants to work. Or they just quit
