      Pros

      I had a positive experience working for this company. Employees are treated with respect and I felt valued. If I had the opportunity and they had a position available at my current location I would definitely try to go back and work for them.

      Cons

      In order to advance and move up into management you will most likely have to relocate. I felt the pay was a little low for the amount of responsibility you have.

      Pros

      Good job security and plenty of mentorship to help out with new hires. Will allow for a lot of travel if desired.

      Cons

      No room to move up and lousy raises. They also do not like to move people from department to department to move up.

      Pros

      Family environment, people are nice. I loved my boss and believed she had the best intentions for me.

      Cons

      Lack of workload until I was leaving, i didn't like the idea of not receiving bonuses until 2 years of employment or commission when the job seemed more like a sales support role then marketing.
