      Pros

      The prestige of the name "Voith" and the fact that you're not working with complete idiots is refreshing. Every job is challenging in its own way.

      Cons

      Different planners have different responsibilities and work volume, but yet they're all paid the same. You don't know when you're work day is done until it's almost quitting time. Middle management & upper management only come around to advise of changes or when you're messing up..no true support system since everyone is doing their own thing.

      Pros

      Supervisors and co-workers were the best. Work was enjoyable and always busy. Pay was OK, but could have been better.

      Cons

      Absolutely no benefits for office staff. Very little communication between office and home office. More chiefs than Indians, which never works.
