      Pros

      Good pay, some good people who care to help

      Cons

      Inadequate training, long hours, no feedback from supervisors if you are doing good or bad. They set you up constantly for failure, which leads to their failure. Last but not least backstabbing co-workers, they have their little "cliq" if you are an outsider you are just screwed.

      Pros

      The salary and benefits are above average for the area and the chance for career development are good. Th facility is nice and has been remodeled.

      Cons

      The management at higher levels are rude and runs the place like a dictatorship. People have been "let go" for just questioning their supervisor. There is little to no confidence in the management team and the stress level is higher than anyplace I have ever worked.

      Pros

      Great benefits, engineering has some great people. Get to travel. Working at a hydro plant is very interesting.

      Cons

      There are a few people at or near the top that make all the decisions. They claim to listen to feedback and ideas, but very few things change for the better. Poor decision making has caused many great people to leave the company. Company-wide software is confusing and not user friendly. We’re expected to be experts with lack of training. Not a good break/lunch room.
