Work scope. Product. Complexity and challenges in the projects. Vision plan. New steel toe boots every year. Can be lots of travel.

Cons

Notably low Pay. HR treats employees as costs rather than assets. Management directives constrain employees and polarize employees against the company.

Training was lacking when I started, management is too far out of the loop. Many company rules are written by Germany, unfair much of the time.
