      Well, the Voith reputation is certainly a factor. I would be proud to work for a company with such a long history of leadership in the industry.

      Now the history was past & they reducing man power during the lean period & i had chosen for the excess man power drive.

      One of the key pros of the role was that they allowed managers to get on with their jobs without interference

      Good benefits. Interesting lines of business. Top notch facilities.

      Cons

      Constantly lied to, and if anything materializes, it'll be used to stab you in the back. Most of the work is busy work. Expect to do the work of others because they can't do their jobs. Very discriminatory towards men.
