Five week's annual leave per year in Australia and New Zealand

Cons

Too much work, no respect, misrepresentation, poor HR processes, bad change management, no investment in staff. Salaries are significantly lower than market rate. No interest in diversity and inclusion.

I was hired by Volaris today and after investing 3+ hours in interviews and signing the offer, the recruiter, Susanne Gould, would not even call me on Teams or on my cell to make a personal connection. I left a voice mail with the company mailbox to make a complaint and it would not let me save the voice mail.
