Pros

Competitive environment, both the director and Engineering manager are the best. The director tries his best to be there for everyone; both operations and Admin. he provides mentorship for the PMs and including the engineers.

Cons

things move way too fast, which end up depriving the engineering team from growing to their potential

Supervisors seem to like lazy people with horrible work ethics,and rhe valued workers are ignored,treated like crap! Theres a worker here that deals with sexual harrassment from another worker and nothing is done about it....but yet they get eid of a great worker for having one too many points,yet keep a harrassing person
