Co workers are a great part. Lots of overtime for more pay

Cons

Deadlines are unrealistic, missing/wrong parts are not a factor in the deadlines so work is done late. Very stressful and frustrating. Lots of overtime, 50 hours are a normal thing to happens for months on end.
