Constant state of paranoia and declining talent pool.

Pros

I really can't think of any, except I gained a wide exposure to many different technologies during the first half of my tenure.

Cons

Next to no operational support. All the qualified Windows engineers are gone for example. There's no NOC, and if you are in IT expect to be 24X7 365 on-call. There's not much solid communications in terms of company plans. They spend more time laying people off than innovating. Benefits also get worse every year. I expect Obamacare will be the lynchpin they need to dissolve employer provided health insurance totally.
