Pros

Mobile industry is hot right now. People want to get into mobile and this is a way to do that.

Cons

Horrible management, unrealistic expectations, toxic environment, complete turnover of sales staff over and over, they fire people constantly, unhealthy place to work, and the product does not really work, company might go bankrupt.
