Worst job I've ever had!

Pros

No traffic and free snacks

Cons

Worst job I've ever had. Let me start by saying I liked this job before the Sales manager who originally hired me left. Do you like being treated like a child? Do you like your boss pressuring you to stay late EVERYDAY to make more sales after already calling people for 8 hours? Do you like having one on one meetings for being two minutes over your lunch break after not taking a break all day? Do you like being constantly threatened that you will loose your job if you don't work harder or show more effort because sales are down? If so apply here they'll be happy to have you and treat you like a piece of crap. I worked for this company for a year and can say the moment I quit was the happiest moment I had since the day I started!

Pros

Yes, they have free food, as well as other perks. Good benefits. The people you work with are generally nice.

Cons

The company has terrible policies for their customers, which makes working there terrible. The perks are just a substitute for decent pay. Management act like they care. In fact, they are nothing but optimistic, but nothing changes.

Pros

free breakfast tacos, you can work from home 2 days a week, dogs in office on Fridays

Cons

I moved from CA to work here. I was naive and excited. I had about 3 years of SEO experience. I worked there for 5 months before I got laid off along with one other person. A month later, I see a post online for the same job I let go of and find out the intern took over me and the other woman's job, no doubt for less pay than we were getting. I was constantly overworked and the upper level directors could not care less about their employees. The company's software is very outdated and limited. Products are not user friendly and I've never worked with clients who had so many valid complaints about the technology.
