The people you meet and the culture of the office are the major upsides to this position. There is a ton of technology to get your hands into.

Cons

Very high workload prevents learning of new systems and technology. Management is disconnected and doesn't provide clear direction, but will continually impose very tight deadlines on brand new projects and expect quality work.
