      Pros

      This review applies to Kramer only. Great culture, fun workplace. Some people in the company is just simply amazing - job wise and culture wise. If new to the web field - Volusion is willing to hire you and train you up. Lot of internal promotions.

      Cons

      Lower than average pay compared to industry standard, serious management issues (early 2015 there is a huge layoff). A lot of people in IT/Marketing are actually very incompetent - which lead to 20% of people doing 80% of the work. Management has serious issues with company politics - some folks never do any work but get all the credit.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture! Every company should have a culture like this - fun, creative, fast-moving.

      Cons

      CTO took 3+ years and a phenomenal team of 20+ highly paid developers to launch a product that has yet to be proven profitable.

      Pros

      The people are great and it is what made you want to come to work every day. Other than that not much I can honestly say that is a pro. Every place has free food, relaxed environment, etc....So those are really not Pros.

      Cons

      The overall morale of the company was low, poor compensation (compared to industry standards), little to no advancement opportunity, the company was non-transparent, and management was lacking in many areas.
