Pros

decent perks, snacks everywhere, game room, lots of events, smart & kind coworkers, work is easy, hiring process isn't bad

Cons

don't expect a lot of training, everyone keeps quitting(meaning that we have delays on clients), they put people in charge that should not be in charge, BOGUS meetings, etc.

Pros

Decent software, way more feature packed than any of the competitors out there. 1st line managers/leads are awesome Design/Marketing are great departments

Cons

Worse pay than all the other competitors More work than the competitors Support and dev is very mis-handled by management (IE. major feature release was tested by QA for less than a week and released during the busiest time of the year)

High Turnover, Lacking Leadership

Pros

Free snacks. Occasional team outings. Reasonably comfortable new offices with game rooms.

Cons

Don't be fooled by the pros - you'll find these anywhere. Poor wages and inexperienced leadership are just a couple things making this company a revolving door of employees, especially in the support and IT departments. Many in management care more about their quotas and personal aspirations than they do about the well being of their employees. Some are fantastic, most will throw you under the bus to save their own hides. It's not all bad - the HR department was okay, for the most part, but they operate purely at the behest of a few key power-holders. Very little job security here.
