      - Living Room area - Snacks - Catered food on Fridays - Work from home

      Cons

      Management is disorganized. There is too much work to handle, ended up working nights, and because people can work from home there are somedays where no-one is at the office. The work morale is very low. Many people have been laid off, and you can feel the nervous energy from the people around you. Overall not a good experience.

      We encourage all employees to speak with their managers about work/life balance concerns. We recently moved into one office space, which will increase the presence in the building and facilitate a better sense of unity across teams. Volusion underwent organizational restructuring in 2016 in order to increase our focus on small to medium size business owners. Now that we are focused completely on the SMB space, we are poised for growth. Our primary goal is to make Volusion a better product and a better place to work; we believe our current roadmap will lead us there

      Catering was nice; there were toys

      Cons

      Hired a lot of people straight out of school, lots of turnover, very few merit-based promotions. Seemed like they moved to Texas as a tax shelter
