Pros

Software is a good product.

Cons

This company could squeeze Lincoln right off a penny. They hire mostly new college grads and the pay is far below par. If you have experience, you do NOT want to work here. Telesales, noisy, cube environment. Lead theft is fairly commonplace, and there's a middle-school tattle-tale kind of environment. It wasn't a good fit for me, but someone with no experience might find it a good place to gain experience.

Pros

Friendly people and swag, they do an excellent job of hiring and promoting internally. There were a lot of employees on the product team who started in customer service and worked their way up to their current positions.

Cons

Structurally is was a mess with no direction or vision. For example the company spent 2 years building a new product and only once they beta released it to some of their users did they think to hire a designer. They were then continually angry with said designer when he pointed out all the glaring usability problems.
