Pros

Good company culture and remote work. Learned a lot.

Cons

Don't pay their employees market value which causes high turnover. Does not give most holidays that other companies do. Ex: If Christmas is on Sunday, Volusion employees DO NOT have off that Monday (observed Christmas) so you lose that day off. I think the company takes 5-7 holidays a year. Don't have clear paths for promotions/raises. Do not give yearly bonuses or raises even if inflation increases.
