      Pros

      - Without a doubt it was the people, outside of leadership. - Unlimited PTO, if you could use it. - When they had an office, it was awesome.

      Cons

      - Leadership was awful, or non-existent. Constant "vision" changes and initiatives that were pipe-dreams from the start. Resistant to any feedback. - Unrealistic expectations and deadlines which wouldn't be adjusted despite feedback, complaints, layoffs, or people quitting. - Leadership doesn't really value their workforce. They say they do, but their actions prove otherwise. - No mentorship. - Limited classes, learning opportunities.
