Managers / Directors are very inexperienced in management, and lack training.To compensate for their inexperience, they resort to lies and manipulation.

Bright, cheerful co-workers and everyone is willing to help. Lots of free foods. Beer and dog Fridays.

Career advancement opportunities within the organization can somewhat be limited. Competition has become quite fierce and competitors are catching up lately; the organization has been slow to innovate which caused some old clients to leave our platform.
