Pros

My coworkers are great and we all care about our mission as well as our clients. I also have the privilege of working with a lot of business owners of all sizes and from different industries. There's great satisfaction in watching my clients find success.

Cons

The teams are small, which can be a good thing but leads to bandwidth issues. This can make it difficult to keep up with day-to-day tasks given the number of clients in my book of business.

Pros

Good benefits and WFH flexibility

Cons

Leadership is a total disaster and don't believe in their staff. Product vision is an after thought and constantly changing priorities leaves the company in a state of flux. The staff within technology and operations are routinely overworked and although company claims flexible PTO, the CEO discourages time off of any kind. On top of that, the technology the company's product offerings are built on is ancient, and ops refuses to modernize tech stack. This placed is probably doomed to be extinct within the next few years.
